ERNESTO LEON, FOUNDER & CEO

We are a privately owned managed service organization located in South Florida, and our goal is to consistently deliver excellent results to our clients. As a former partner and director of one of South Florida's largest managed service organizations, I am proud to lead this team in achieving our aggressive strategic growth goals."

Since 2013, Ernesto has been at the forefront of managing and directing Managed Service Organizations, where he has gained extensive expertise in value-based care, consistently achieving success in improving health outcomes and compliance. Together with his partners, he developed an innovative software solution that allows providers to manage their patient members intuitively in real-time, streamlining both front-end and back-end operations. Ernesto believes that his experience, extensive network of healthcare providers, and their cutting-edge technology uniquely position his organization to excel in quality improvement, risk management, and cost savings.
In May 2023, Ernesto founded Physicians Management Partners, and the organization has since built a strong network while focusing on expanding its reach within Broward and Palm Beach counties. He also brings valuable insights from his experience with Value-Based Contracts at his previous organization.
From 2013 to 2020, Ernesto co-founded and served as a director of Physicians Partners Group (PPG). During his tenure, PPG successfully established value-based contracts with various healthcare providers, including Preferred Medical Plan, Simply, HealthSun, Aetna, and Care Plus, overseeing 120 care groups. The organization managed approximately $34.56 million annually in value-based contracts, generating significant annual surpluses.

In May 2017, PPG was acquired by Cano Health. From 2018 to 2020, Ernesto served as the Director of PPG of Puerto Rico under the Cano umbrella, where he led the organization to grow to 10,000 Medicare lives in partnership with Humana.
VIVIAN GONZALEZ, VP NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
Vivian Gonzalez is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in Healthcare Administration. Driven by her passion for enhancing patient care and improving healthcare systems, she has held key roles with prominent organizations such as Florida Blue, United Healthcare, MMM, and Solis Health plans.
She has extensive experience in managing large provider groups and Managed Service Organizations (MSOs). She has a proven track record of managing risk contracts and providing clear interpretation of risk reporting, enabling organizations to navigate the complexities of value-based care effectively. Vivian has successfully negotiated and managed contracts with delegated entities, hospitals, primary care physicians and ancillary providers to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery. Her keen eye for identifying network gaps has allowed her to lead teams in building robust networks for health plans, enhancing access to care for patients. Additionally, she has played a critical role in health plan accreditation projects and has been instrumental in the development of health plan-owned medical centers, further demonstrating her commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Throughout her career, Vivian has utilized her dedication to serving others to impact the community positively. Her efforts have garnered numerous accolades, including the Community Champion Award from Fresh Start Family Services in 2013 for her commitment to underserved populations in South Florida. She has also been recognized with a Community Innovator Award from United Healthcare and received the Hispanic Leadership Award for Public Relations from the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in March 2014.
Outside of her professional commitments, Vivian enjoys traveling, photography, and puzzle building, which inspire her creativity and broaden her perspective. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Network Development at Physicians Management Partners, where she is responsible for strategically developing new business opportunities and overseeing day-to-day operations.
